"Got it done, but not the smoothest"
I used Kolbe and it was okay overall. It wasn’t exactly hard to use, but a few parts had me clicking around longer than I expected — not a huge deal, just a little annoying. I did get what I needed in the end, so there’s that, but the whole process could definitely be a bit more straightforward.

"I’ll be honest, I was excited..."
I’ll be honest, I was excited by how useful the results were. It gave me some insights I actually hadn’t thought about before, which felt really worth it in the moment. Then I looked back at the cost and was like, okay… that’s a bit steep. So yeah, I’m glad I did it, but I do wish a few parts were more reasonably priced

I took the Kolbe test and the report did have some useful insights, but uh, a few parts were a little hard to follow. Some sections felt vague, and I had to read them more than once to really get what they were saying. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the explanations were clearer and not quite so wordy.

A coworker kept bringing up the kolbe test, and I’ll admit I kind of brushed it off because it sounded like yet another workplace personality quiz. Turns out, annoyingly, they were right — it was way more accurate than I expected.
The biggest change is that I stopped forcing myself to plan and organize the way other people seem to think I should. I’ve started setting up my day around how I actually get things done, and my weeks feel a lot less chaotic now

"Helpful, but the loopholes are frustrating"
It’s useful and has helped with a few hires, but it definitely doesn’t work out every time. Some candidates looked promising and still didn’t pan out. What really bugs me is how certain policy loopholes seem to let things slip through, which makes the whole process feel less reliable than it should

"Support was actually really helpful"
So... I had a little trouble getting into my kolbe account and was kind of confused about what I was supposed to do.

I reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. The person who helped me was really friendly and explained everything in a normal, easy-to-follow way without making me feel silly for asking.

They got it all sorted out the same day, which I really appreciated. It was just nice dealing with a support team that clearly read my message and actually helped

"Communication was okay, I guess"
My experience with Kolbe was mostly fine overall, but I’m not totally sure the team communication was as smooth as it could’ve been. I had to follow up a couple of times, and a few responses felt a little unclear to me. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but at times it did feel kind of slow and a bit mixed.

I tried Kolbe.com for some leadership development work with my team, there were parts I really liked. The results were interesting, and it did give me a better understanding of why certain people approach work so differently than I do.
That said, after the first few sessions, I wasn’t always sure how to turn the insights into something practical day to day. A few sections felt repetitive, and the website could be more intuitive. Overall, it’s useful, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more actionable

The workshop had some good info and a few useful takeaways, but my quick rule of thumb is: if I’m still wondering afterward whether it was worth the price, it probably wasn’t. I’m glad I went, but I don’t think I’d pay full price for it again.

We used Kolbe at work as part of an employee engagement thing, it was more helpful than I expected. It gave us a simple way to talk about how each of us gets things done, without it feeling awkward or overly corporate. A few of us were skeptical at first, myself included, but the results actually felt accurate. Since then, it’s made meetings and project planning a bit smoother, with less of that usual frustration

I bought from kolbe quite a while back, i didn’t expect to still be using what I learned. It definitely wasn’t cheap, and I was a little hesitant about that at the time, but I have to admit the value has held up way longer than I thought it would.

I took the Kolbe assessment and, it was weirdly spot on. Like, slightly irritating how well it explained the way I work when I can barely explain it myself half the time. I shared it with my team too, and most of us were like, yep, that’s accurate. Kind of frustrating, but in a useful way

I tried Kolbe while I was figuring out some career stuff, i expected a bunch of vague corporate-sounding fluff. But the results were surprisingly on point with how I actually work. It helped me think through what kinds of roles might fit better instead of just guessing. Simple overall, but more useful than I thought it would be.
